**Job Description and Qualifications**

The incumbent is accountable for the Site Project Management of the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project. This scope is defined as the flawless site management works, ensuring effective coordination with all functions for all site works (engineering, procurement, logistics, material management, construction, EHS, Quality, commissioning, etc.). The incumbent will be a key team member of the overall Project team.

This project is part of the largest and most complex capital project for Air Products. It will be the first industrial-scale mega electrolyzer project providing a green energy carrier around the world to contribute to the decarbonization of the industry. The high criticality of the project is derived from the size and value of the project and the strategic energy transition program of Air Products. Accountability includes strategic and tactical matters associated with project execution and continues through commissioning, start-up and handover.

The incumbent must possess advance proficiency of management skills and knowledge, along with excellent communication and influencing leadership skills. The role requires significant interaction with multiple contractors at site. The project is executed utilizing global capabilities, necessitating a robust cross-cultural competency. The incumbent is also required to poses a minimum of 15 years in the project & engineering management, as well as site and construction works background experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support site planning team in schedule reviews and work progress
- Support construction team in constructability sequence reviews.
- Support Advance Work Packages and Construction Advance Packages.
- Accountable for Site Interface Management
- Responsible for all site coordination works
- Support site engineering manager
- Technical support for cost negotiations, change order claims etc..
- Involve in bid evaluation and contract scope finalization
- Coordination for construction quality compliance checks and procedures.

**General Duties**
- Support development of effective construction execution plans;
- Coordinate assigned activities with Area project managers
- Review the progress of the Project Site activities in accordance with the approved schedule with the site construction managers;
- Identify potential problems/risks and propose mitigating actions and plans;
- Analyze problems, identify and approve alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and ensure the implementation of the recommendations by respective functional leads.
- Support the review of the risk plan to ensure minimization of risks through early identification, planning, and selection of best possible contracting strategies and proactive Project Management practices which focus on prevention of problem;
- Monitor the progress of the field cost against approved budget, forecast potential variance and formalize thru the change management process;
- Support the site interface team and PMs to ensure effective coordination and resolution amongst multiple project stakeholders and site contractors;
- Support the Lessons-learned program by supervising the implementation of approved learnings, as well as recording those lessons learned during the execution of projects;
- Coordinate with subcontract team in managing and resolving site issues with subcontractors.
- Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams during the transition from Mechanical Completion to Commissioning.
- Steer the operation readiness inspection (ORI) / Pre-Start up safety review across all actionees.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for any site supports needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Garduate Engineering Degree
- +15 years of experience in projectmanagement.
- Self-motivated, pro-active individual who can work independently and lead team
- Excellent organizational skills.
- leadership qualities and skills to collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships to project success.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills to senior management audiences and client.

- Field Experience is required.
- Engineering backround experience is required.
- Familiarity with directing site Contractors
