We are seeking an experienced Manager - IT Asset Infrastructure Delivery who will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless deployment, management, and optimization of our IT assets and infrastructure. Your leadership will ensure that our technology infrastructure supports our ambitious projects and enhances operational efficiency.

In this position, you will lead a dedicated team, strategizing the lifecycle management of IT assets while aligning our technology initiatives with the broader organizational goals. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring that our technological resources are effectively utilized to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct and oversee the planning and execution of IT asset management strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and the efficacy of our infrastructure.
- Lead the lifecycle management of all IT assets, from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and eventual disposal.
- Develop and implement processes and systems for effective asset management, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological needs, recommend solutions, and ensure optimal asset utilization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT asset management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts ensuring that services and products meet quality standards and corporate needs.
- Capture and analyze asset performance metrics to inform decisions on upgrades or replacements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to maintain best practices in asset infrastructure management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT asset management and infrastructure delivery, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of IT asset management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and strategic mindset.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with asset management software and tools, and familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
- Ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
