**Role Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing timely responses and solutions to client inquiries and issues.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs and evaluate their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to enhance the client offering and drive business growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and accomplishments.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio to achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- At least 4 years of experience insales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and meeting sales targets.
- Experience in the telecom sector.

**Skills**:

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude toward client relationship management.
