The IT Strategy, Governance, and Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of IT strategies that align with the organizations vision and objectives. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives, ensure robust IT governance, and oversee the effective implementation of IT policies, standards, and frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the **IT strategic planning** process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Implement effective **IT governance** frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance, data security, and business continuity.
- Lead **digital transformation initiatives**, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for innovation, process optimization, and business growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital transformation strategies with overall corporate strategy.
- Provide strategic consultation on **technology trends**, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of **digital platforms, cloud solutions**, and modern IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance frameworks, recommending improvements based on best practices and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors and external consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
- Lead risk management and cybersecurity initiatives to protect the organizations data and digital assets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IT strategies and digital transformation efforts.
- Ensure the effective communication of IT governance policies and digital strategies across the organization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ** Minimum 7 years** of experience in IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation.
- Prior experience as a **Strategic Consultant in digital transformation** is highly desirable.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of **IT governance frameworks** (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and **digital transformation** best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing **IT strategies** and **digital initiatives**.
- Experience in managing **IT projects** with a focus on business process optimization and digital innovation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as **cloud computing, AI, and data analytics**.
- Ability to manage **cross-functional teams** and work effectively with senior leadership.
- Knowledge of **risk management** and **cybersecurity** principles.
