CCDS is a pioneering force in cybersecurity solutions, currently in search of a talented and dedicated Saudi Governance Digital Transformation Specialist to enhance our service offerings. In this role, you will be pivotal in guiding organizations through their digital transformation journeys while ensuring compliance and governance frameworks are effectively integrated.

As a Saudi Governance Digital Transformation Specialist, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess governance structures, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions that align with best practices. Your expertise will help organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation while maintaining essential governance standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess existing governance frameworks and identify areas for improvement in alignment with digital transformation objectives
- Collaborate with clients to develop governance strategies that support digital initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations
- Design and implement governance frameworks and processes to facilitate smooth digital transformation
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to provide informed insights on governance in digital transformation
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that governance principles are integrated into all aspects of digital projects
- Conduct training and workshops for stakeholders on governance best practices and digital transformation methodologies
- Evaluate the impact of digital transformation activities on governance and recommend adjustments as needed
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and governance alignment

**Requirements**:

- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Governance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in governance frameworks, digital transformation, or related roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to digital transformation
- Proven experience in developing and implementing governance structures and processes
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and present findings clearly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Knowledge of digital technologies and trends relevant to governance is preferred
- Relevant certifications in governance, risk management, or digital transformation are highly regarded
