**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of the preliminary Cost report and the priced Bill of Quantities.
- Prepare and update Cost Estimate at each design stage, including cost reconciliation report.
- Preparation of the Bill of Quantities for all civil, structural, arch, electrical, mechanical and site works in CSI format using POMI and SMM7.
- Preparation of the Tender and Contract documents, including Bill of Quantities, Method of Measurement, pretender quires (answers to RFIs) and preparation of Tender Evaluation report.
- Prepare and assist with Value Engineering Analysis and Report.
- Prepare Life Cycle Cost Analysis and Report.
- Prepare all needed documentation and support for presentations.
- Assist in establishing client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
- Assist during preparation of contract and finalization as required.
- Advice on the maintenance costs of specific buildings, where applicable.
- Development of Prequalification Matrix (criterion) for the employer

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveying with 10+ experience in Design industry.
- Expert knowledge in AutoCad drawing and material take-off.
- Expert knowledge of the format of the Bills of Quantities in the CSI 50 division format
- Knowledge of the FIDIC contracts
- Knowledge of Tender documentation and contracts
- Registered Member of Saudi Council of Engineer
- Good knowledge of MEP systems
- Good written and communication skills
