Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Project Director**to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and execution of high-end hospitality construction projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, tailored to the unique requirements of hospitality projects.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Provide expert technical guidance on all aspects of hospitality project design and construction.
- Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and progress of construction work, with a focus on guest comfort and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any concerns.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or guest experience.
- Track project expenses and implement cost control measures to stay within budget.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the procurement of materials and services, with a focus on high-quality and sustainable solutions.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, particularly those unique to hospitality projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of Construction managers, Project Controls, engineers, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide opportunities for professional development.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in project management within the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hospitality construction projects. Experience in Entertainment industry will be prepferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality design standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
