**Job Purpose**:

**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Internal Controls**: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- **Financial Systems and Software**: Utilize financial software and systems to efficiently manage financial data, streamline processes, and generate accurate reports.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as management, department heads, and auditors, to provide financial insights, address queries, and support decision-making.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function.

**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using accounting software (SAP).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
