Our client one of the leading and most respected western consultancies in the Middle East have an exciting opportunity to join their rapidly growing team on a mega city project at a beautiful Red Sea Coast location. **Overview**: Senior field mechanical engineering position in Construction management. Application of mechanical engineering expertise in HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing. Owner’s Engineer position representing the JDPDI. Responsible for review and approval of mechanical submittals, including plumbing pumps and piping systems (drain waste & vent, domestic water), fire protection (pumps, piping, sprinkler heads), HVAC systems (VAV boxes, duct work, process piping, chiller systems, controls, building management system). Provides technical guidance to contractors. **Key duties**: Monitors construction Contractors’ mechanical installation and testing activities, including, but not limited to piping, leak tests, duct work & insulation, pumps, building management system, HVAC controls, domestic water systems, foundation de-watering system, etc. **Education and Experience**: B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field with extensive Mechanical experience.
