**What you will enjoy doing**:
**Stock check and reporting**
- Packaging Stuffs, Sleeves, preforms inventory at the beginning of the Shift - check all the stock inside the Production area.
- Preparing a Request (RIS = Requisition & Issue Slip) for all packaging stuffs for 36 hrs consumption (1.5 days), Raw materials, Master batches.
- Collect all the data of machines output from PDC on daily basis.
- Input the cycle time, weight and the produced quantities within 24hrs operations and transfer to Excel file - Main information for data entry of job orders.
- Do Non-Job Orders for Rework - Quantity used in the reworks (PM, FG)
- Do Non-Job Orders for Regrind & Scrap (WP) & FGTR for Scrap to Warehouse.
- Transfer FGs to WH and issue a Finished Goods Transfer Receipt (FGTR).
- Update the raw materials Quantity, Master batch Quantity, stretch film, new & old cartons, nylon sheet or polybags, Regrind.
- Generated scrap based on actual Quantity for rejected preform and based on actual sold waste for EBM
- Important to take the inventory bi-weekly to avoid huge variances of raw material & MB then adjust the variances.
- Ensure production stocks are monitored and maintained
- Monitoring the stock of Hot cutter knives (for SEB machines), Fin Pac blade, Clorox Ink, Rubber suction for SBM, BMU & SEB machines, then create PSR once the stock reached the minimum stock.
- Monitoring the Operations during weekend or during absence of Supervisor.
- Release and import data from PDC to AlplaPROD
- Endure CTO modules are followed

**What makes you great**:
**Education/ Professional Qualifications**
- Diploma or graduation high school.

**Experience**
- 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.

**Qualifications/ Skills/**

**Personal Competencies**
- Good knowledge in Microsoft word, excel.
- Mathematic skills.
- knowledge about counting material consumption.
- Good in verbal and written communications, can communicate well in English.
- Highly motivated, creative and versatile in production process.

**Others**
- High level of energy.
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts, call out, weekends and overtime (if required).
- Able to lift up to 30Kg.
- Able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
- It is required to act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and Safety Standards.
- Fit to company culture in terms of punctuality, attitude, responsibility, department integration, personnel respect, strictness, accuracy and H&S standards.
