**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **end-to-end procurement process** for civil projects, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop and implement **procurement strategies** to achieve cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, budgets, and reports for internal and client review.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to support project goals.
- Ensure **compliance with Saudi regulations and company procurement policies**.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement.
- **Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Saudi Arabia** (civil construction or related sectors)
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Proven track record of **successful procurement management** in large civil projects
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
