In charge of execution of the commercial strategy at country level across channels (salons, retail/E-retail) on LP, KST, MX & Essie to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets, by fostering cooperation between Sales Managers, Key Account Executives, Business Partners, Trade Marketing team and Education Experts and focusing on the development and coaching of his/her team.

**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Invoiced units to Net sales with minorations constructions and assessment
- Development and coaching Sales team & foster collaboration with all stakeholders
- Building solid relationships with Key partners across channels

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Management/ upskilling:

- Motivates and develops Sales managers of their region, sets targets and tracks KPIs
- Cold coaching and hot coaching for the sales managers - on and off field
- Supports Sales team on tools & analysis required to anticipate and find opportunities
- Business:

- Achieve sales (sell-in and sell-out), DN targets and other commercial strategic goals
- Leads team meetings - Cycle meetings
- Participates in preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews
- Recruits and or replace new sales team when needed
- Performs end-of-year reviews for sales managers
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing teams on sell out activations to boost sell in; and follow up on visibility implementation adhering to the brand guidelines
- Develops Joint business plans with KA and supports sales managers across regions/brands to follow up through quarterly business review
- Build and assess the investment file by channel by customer monitoring customer allowances and updating it with every trend
