Duties may include some (or all) of the following activities, or other administration related activities as needed: - Provide effective recruitment support across the UAE, KSA and UK Major Program recruitment team - Assist the Senior Recruitment Manager: - With weekly and adhoc recruitment reporting - Deliver recruitment campaigns - Providing general day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Major Program recruitment team that will include low level transactional activities such as, document collection and filing, correspondence, meeting, and interview bookings - Processing recruitment invoices - Assist in the management of Major Program Recruitment Campaigns - Provide timely responses to internal client requests (Hiring Leaders) - Be an active and positive member of the Major Program Recruitment Team - Systems - ensure Taleo is up to date and reflects weekly status reporting - Liaise with Shared Services to ensure hired employees are onboarded and processed in a timely manner - Help to co-ordinate and draft internal documentation - Record and distribute meeting minutes - Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings - Adopt a continuous improvement approach to ensure the establishment and maintenance of efficient and up-to-date administration systems and processes - Undertake any other administrative/support duties that may be required as directed by management including the Delivery Partner Head of Recruitment, TA Director or Senior Recruitment Manager Major Program **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - Experience working in a professional HR or Recruitment environment - Experience supporting a large team of recruiters and managing multiple stakeholders - Experience in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Taleo or Avature) - Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines - Strong planning and organizational skills (attention to detail) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluency in written and spoken English From our inclusive employee networks to our positive mental health champions - we are committed to encouraging a culture of caring where you can be you.
