Role Description

We are seeking a proactive
Recruitment Specialist

with experience in both local and international recruitment to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, attract top talent from inside and outside the Kingdom, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for candidates. You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and expansion plans by hiring qualified professionals across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from receiving hiring requests to issuing job offers.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on professional platforms and social media channels.
  • Source and attract candidates through multiple local and international recruitment channels.
  • Handle
    international recruitment
    processes in coordination with global recruitment agencies, authorized overseas offices, and relevant government entities.
  • Follow up on all international hiring procedures, including visa processing, contract preparation, document attestation, and arranging candidate mobilization.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on required competencies.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring departments.
  • Participate in interviews and document results professionally.
  • Prepare job offers and follow up on onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the labor market.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations in all recruitment stages.
  • Prepare and submit regular hiring status reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, including
    hands-on experience in international hiring (overseas recruitment)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and international sourcing channels.
  • Good understanding of overseas recruitment procedures, visa processing, and coordination with external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and HR systems.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
