Admin Specialist

**Duties/responsibilities**:
- Attending incoming phone calls / visitors / interviewers in a timely manner and directing them in the right direction.
- Oversees administration personnel such as cleaner or security team and coordinate their activities.
- Maintain filing system, in charge of Administration Archive.
- Lead on business travel bookings and coordination.
- Manage office supplies included but not limited to drinks, stationery, cleaning products, office consumer goods.
- Responsible for handling all office space-related arrangements.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail, physically and electronically.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**Education Level Requirements**:
- Diploma Degree or equivalent required
**Experience Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of administrative related experience.
**Desired/Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Able to use office software proficiently: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Good service awareness.
- Able to work under pressure.
