**Responsibilities**

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance to identify potential delays or issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that project milestones are achieved as per the timeline.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely reports to key stakeholders on project progress.
  • Utilize industry-standard software and tools to develop and maintain project schedules and related documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning processes and best practices within the organization.
  • Developing Project Schedules: Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software to outline tasks, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Monitoring Project Progress: Regularly monitor and track project progress against the established schedule, identifying any deviations or potential delays.
  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that manpower, equipment, and materials are available as per project requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks proactively.
  • Coordination and Communication: Act as a focal point for project scheduling and planning, facilitating communication and coordination among project team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular progress reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to evaluate project performance and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the project schedule effectively, assessing the impact of changes and implementing modifications while maintaining project integrity.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the project schedule aligns with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements, and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and optimize project planning processes and methodologies, incorporating lessons learned and best practices to enhance overall project efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to project management standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the planning and scheduling process.
  • Support Project Team: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members on scheduling matters, assisting in resolving scheduling conflicts and challenges.
  • Client Interface: Engage with clients, consultants, and other external stakeholders to discuss project schedules, milestones, and progress updates, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Essential Requirements**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an architect inspector in the construction of 5-star hotels, preferably in the Middle East region.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work within a diverse project team.
