Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director - Enterprise Architecture to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise architecture framework. This role is crucial in aligning technology strategy with our business goals and ensuring the successful integration of IT systems to support our ambitious development projects in entertainment and leisure.
As the Associate Director, you will work closely with various stakeholders to establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance for technology solutions. You will also be responsible for fostering innovation by leveraging new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Your leadership will guide the development of scalable and adaptable systems that can support Qiddiya’s evolving needs, ultimately contributing to the realization of our vision for creating a unique cultural and entertainment hub in Saudi Arabia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy: Define the organization's long-term technology roadmap for the Corporate as well as the operational assets and architecture principles, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the enterprise architecture team: Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of architects, guiding their efforts in designing, building, and maintaining the organization's enterprise architecture.
- Drive innovation and change: Identify emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to support the organization's strategic objectives. Champion the adoption of new technologies and approaches that can enhance efficiency, agility, and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders: Engage with key business stakeholders, such as senior executives and department leaders, to understand their technology needs and ensure that enterprise architecture solutions are aligned with their requirements.
- Ensure compliance and governance: Define and enforce enterprise architecture governance processes, including policies, standards, and guidelines. Monitor compliance and conduct architecture reviews to ensure that solutions adhere to established standards and frameworks.
- Foster strategic partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, industry experts, and other organizations to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Leverage these partnerships to drive innovation and bring external expertise into the organization.
**Requirements**:
- 12 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills - Proven experience in developing and implementing EA strategies and roadmaps
