Job Objective:
The Drymix plant operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the production lines of the Drymix plant, ensuring efficient operations while adhering to health and safety standards. The role includes overseeing equipment performance and supervising production processes to ensure that production is carried out according to plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate Production Lines:
Operate and monitor equipment used in Drymix production, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Adjust settings and components of the production line based on product specifications.

Monitor operations to ensure each step in the production process is performed correctly and make necessary adjustments when needed.

2. Monitor Raw Materials:
Ensure that the required raw materials are available according to the production schedule.

Monitor the flow of raw materials into production lines and adjust equipment to ensure optimal usage.

3. Production Monitoring:
Regularly monitor the performance of the equipment to ensure the final product meets technical specifications.

Track each stage of production to ensure it aligns with the required standards without any deviations.

4. Preventive Maintenance:
Perform preventive maintenance regularly to ensure the equipment is in good working condition and production is uninterrupted.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to fix breakdowns and ensure the equipment remains in optimal working order.

5. Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety:
Comply with all health and safety regulations in the plant.

6. Coordinate with Other Departments:
Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure the quality of the final product.

Coordinate with storage and shipping teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and products are properly packaged.

7. Documentation and Reporting:
Record daily production data and document any technical or operational issues.

Prepare reports on equipment efficiency and highlight any challenges or proposed improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
Technical diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience operating Drymix plants or in a similar field.
