_**JOB DESCRIPTION**_

- Supporting the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
- Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.
- Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency.
- Conducting required research and developing best practices.
- Coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.
- Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches, detailed work and cutting list for the components with CAD systems.
- Performing calculations for materials.
- Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with scope requirement
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- Others as instructed by the Projects Manager
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**_
- **Nationality** : Open to all Nationalities in all genders
- **For Non GCC Citizen Applicants** - Must be an Iqama holder and must be transferrable (Visit and Tourist Visa is not Accepted).
- **Education** : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architectural Engineering or any with Architecture Education or in similar field discipline.
- **Work Experience** : Minimum of _**Five (5)**_ Years experience in in _**FIT-OUT and FF&E Scope.**_
- **Membership** : Must be a registered member of _**Saudi Council of Engineers**_ (SCE)
- _**PMP / PRINCE II**_ certification has a huge advantage
- With solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others.
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own or less supervision.
- Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
