**Role overview**
To function as the logistics Coordinator for Calo, to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
**Main Responsibilities**
- To Maintain the day-to-day operations of the delivery team and fleet trucks as well as warehouse functions which included opening and closing of the warehouse and loading docks.
- Monitor tracking progress and set up a formal line of communication with management
- Make hiring recommendations and provide ongoing training for drivers.
- Conduct inspection of all loading docks to ensure the cage areas were clean and organized
- Route daily deliveries to guarantee the driver reached all destinations at the scheduled time
- Record daily work assignments and maintain daily attendance files for all drivers and helpers
**Qualifications**
- Must have had a minimum of 1 year of previous proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar position
- Must have fleet management experience and is able to manage many vehicles
- Familiar with optimizing driver's routes using technology
- Must have logistics experience in Riyadh
- Must be a proficient communicator in English
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office tools
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a major plus
- Experience with large well-known or international companies is a major advantage
