& JOB OBJECTIVE:
The HR Officer plays a critical role in supporting the human resources function of the organization. This position involves various HR activities, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy compliance. The HR Officer assists in ensuring effective HR processes, maintaining employee records, promoting positive employee relations, and fostering a conducive work environment.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
Recruitment and Selection:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
- Contribute to the creation of job descriptions and employment contracts.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation programs and necessary paperwork.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate exit interviews and assist in the offboarding process for departing employees.

HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and training records.
- Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, such as employment letters, employee handbooks, and policies.

Employee Relations:

- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and promoting open communication.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Contribute to fostering a positive work environment and maintaining a healthy employer-employee relationship.

Performance Management:

- Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.
- Support managers in addressing performance-related matters, providing guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in monitoring and documenting performance-related issues.

Training and Development:

- Coordinate and organize training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in identifying training needs through performance evaluations and skills assessments.
- Collaborate with external training providers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective training programs.

HR Policy Compliance:

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate necessary updates to the HR team and employees.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

- Assist in generating HR reports and analytics, including employee turnover, training participation, and headcount reports.
- Compile and analyze data to identify HR trends and patterns.

General HR Support:

- Provide general HR support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant Experience:

- Relevant experience in HR administration or general HR roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Experience**:

- HR: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
- English (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Riyadh (required)
