In this role, you will be responsible for assessing potential clients, partners, and projects to ensure they align with the organization's strategic goals and capabilities. Your primary focus will be on conducting market research, evaluating opportunities, and prequalifying potential partners and projects to enhance our business development efforts. **Key Accountabilities***: - Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks in the Infrastructure and Construction industry. - Stay up-to-date with industry news, regulations, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the management team. - Develop and implement a robust prequalification process for potential clients, partners, and projects. - Evaluate the financial stability, reputation, and track record of potential partners and clients to ensure they align with our company's standards and objectives. - Assess potential projects and partnerships based on their technical, financial, and strategic fit with the company's capabilities and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and evaluate project proposals and opportunities. - Analyze and interpret data to create reports and presentations that highlight key findings and recommendations. - Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes. - Foster strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to gather market intelligence and facilitate business development opportunities. - Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather market information. - Conduct due diligence on potential partners and projects to identify potential risks and opportunities. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience***: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, Master's degree is a plus. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in market research, business development, or prequalification in the Infrastructure and Construction industry - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Fluent in both Arabic and English
