- Leading the Design Management for a District Primary Infrastructure Program, made up of several work packages through procurement and delivery of pre-studies, planning and various design stages.
- Managing Planning and Design consultants in a Design Management capacity.
- Manage Design Interfaces with other infrastructure and assets projects through the various design development stages.
- Manage design changes by assessing its impact on the project time schedule and cost to make the right decisions for the project and the program.
- Coordinate between various consultants across the entire program to ensure that the district infrastructure is delivered effectively.
- Challenge and advise the client organization on best practice and strategic delivery decisions.
- Support the Tender and Procurement process and onboarding of Design teams.
- Monitor and manage Risk to maintain the project schedule.
- Bring best in class Project, Change, Interface, Risk, Cost Controls Management

**Qualifications**
- Min 12 years’ experience in Design of Infrastructure and Managing Design Development of Infrastructure / Power / Telecom/ HV/ LV
- Must hold a B. Sc or a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or College (M. Sc. Is preferred)
- Has 5 years’ experience in the MEA / GCC Region on big scale / mega projects
- Infrastructure Planning and Design experience
- Expertise in preparing and delivering professional presentations, attention to detail.
- Expertise in writing professional reports, attention to detail.
- Proactive, Dynamic, Committed & Good listener. Excellent communication skills, emotionally intelligent, and eager to build good relationships with the wider team
