**Job Brief**:
**Project Manager job role description**:

- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Work directly with the subcontractors, manage and compare the proposals and advise the best options to run the project as scheduled.
- Ensure that all project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Proficient in Contracts Management with the client and subcontractors, suppliers, and different vendors involved within the project.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Prepare the weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.
- Coordinate and follow up with the procurement department and vendors to make sure that the required materials are provided in time with the required quality.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

**Technical skills**:

- Executes assigned work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan and applicable Project Procedures and Standards. Ensures that the work follows applicable HSE, Quality and financial standards and procedures at all times.
- Manages the interfaces between the various parties on the project including Engineering, Contractors, Vendors, Operations, HSE and Quality.
- Leads the planning and execution of the field work in conjunction with the Construction Management, Quality Management and HSE teams as well as Contractors and Vendors.
- Proficient with Project Management and Business processes including planning, cost estimation, cost control, contract management and procurement, Management of Change, Control of Work, Quality Management Systems and EHS management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a well-recognized institute
- Master's degree in business administration or project management is a plus.
- 15+ years' of experience as a total experience with minimum 8 years as a project manage in similar projects.
- PMP Professional Certificate is a must.
- Familiar with LEED principles and green building requirements.

**Soft skills**:

- Proficient in primavera P6.
- Arabic & English languages are a must.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards for international and Saudi standards.

**Salary**: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
