**What You'll Do**:

- ** Supply Chain Strategy**: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support Kitopi’s operational goals and expansion plans.
- ** Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and timely deliveries.
- ** Inventory Control**: Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring the right stock levels are maintained across all locations.
- ** Cost Optimization**: Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain without compromising on quality or service.
- ** Logistics Coordination**: Manage logistics, transportation, and warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods to Kitopi kitchens.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with procurement, operations, and kitchen teams to align supply chain activities with business needs.
- ** Data-driven Decision Making**: Leverage data analytics to forecast demand, reduce waste, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- ** Compliance & Sustainability**: Ensure that supply chain activities adhere to regulations and promote sustainable practices.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and vendor management. Experience in the F&B or cloud kitchen industry is a plus.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions efficiently.
- ** Leadership**: Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities

**Recruitment Process and Timeline**

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.
