**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Supplier Development**: Lead the development of both new and active suppliers across the MENA region, ensuring they are led and supported to meet quality, cost, and performance standards.
- ** Sourcing Maturity**: Progress suppliers through the sourcing maturity/RESA process, aligning with prospective assessment requirements, program objectives, and global needs.
- ** Regional Supply Chain Development**: Manage all supply chain development activities across the MENA region, establishing reliable product and non-product suppliers to meet strategic objectives.
- ** Strategic Development & Execution Leadership**: Support the development and lead the successful execution of local supply chain strategies aligned with global commodity requirements, simultaneously solving RTX network constraints; positioning the regional supply chain for long-term prosperity and recurring success.
- ** Commodity Management**: Support commodity management activities in collaboration with the regional commodity development manager, ensuring effective engagements and performance.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify and escalate supply chain risks, implementing mitigation strategies to help deter supply interruptions.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with regional stakeholders, global industrialization, and supplier development functions to support offset and localization requirements.
- ** CORE Culture**: Promote and drive a CORE culture within the regional supply chain organization to enhance operational efficiency and excellence for internal and external customers.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.**:

- ** Experience**: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience in supply chain management, supplier development, or operations management, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
- ** Leadership**: Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and indirect reporting relationships.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with governing agencies & ministries, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- ** Project Management**: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively within the MENA region to engage with suppliers and stakeholders.
