- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or construction-related roles
- Experience in construction systems, formwork, scaffolding, or similar products is an advantage

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of sales processes and contract basics
