Guardian is seeking an experienced
Sales Engineer

with a
Mechanical or Civil Engineering background

and
more than 10 years of experience

in the mechanical industry, with strong exposure to
fabrication industries, EPC companies, petrochemical plants, pipeline contractors, and industrial projects

. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and supporting negotiations to secure projects across KSA, and will be actively involved in
Third Party Inspection (TPI), Vendor Inspection (VI), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Asset Integrity Management, and Structural & Civil Integrity Assessment

service verticals. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical understanding, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to work closely with engineering and project teams.
Applicants must be currently available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama and be able to join immediately

. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is mandatory, and prior experience working with major EPC and industrial clients in the Kingdom is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within
fabrication yards, EPC companies, petrochemical plants, pipeline contractors, and industrial clients
.

Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
.

Prepare and present
technical and commercial proposals
, RFQ responses, and bid submissions.

Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure
accurate technical alignment and cost estimation
.

Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and identify emerging project opportunities.

Support negotiations, contract finalization, and handover to project execution teams.

Achieve assigned
sales targets
and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
in
Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
.

Minimum 10 years
of experience in
mechanical industry sales
, preferably within
fabrication, EPC, petrochemical, pipeline, or heavy industrial sectors
.

Strong understanding of
industrial projects, specifications, standards, and commercial practices
in KSA.

Proven track record in
B2B technical sales and business development
.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Currently based in KSA
with
transferable Iqama
.
