**Job Description**:
Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Digital Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our products, services, and brand image.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and marketing objectives.

Content Creation and Management:

- Coordinate content production, including writing, editing, and optimizing content for SEO and audience engagement

Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.

SEO and SEM Optimization:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sector.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva etc.
- Ability to design and execute effective digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Tiktok Ads.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
