**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To facilitate integration processes, enabling seamless data exchange and communication between disparate systems.
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between internal systems, external platforms, and third-party services.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems through effective data mapping and transformation processes.
- Diagnose and resolve system integration issues quickly and effectively
- Work closely with developers, IT teams, and external vendors to understand integration needs and requirements.
- Create and update technical documentation, including integration workflows and system configurations.
- Proactively identify and resolve integration issues, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as software developers, data engineers, project managers, and business analysts, to gather integration requirements and align integration solutions with business needs.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to integrate their systems with internal platforms. Ensure that third-party integrations adhere to organizational standards and policies.
- Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for staff and families.Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Mirth Connect, or others.
- Proficiency in integration tool such as API Integration & SOAP Integration
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databasesAbility to write queries and coding (SQL,DB Queries,Java Script’s )

**Professional experience**:
3+ years of experience in systems integration
