Design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure
- Responsible for building and maintaining the day-to-day operation of computer networks. Including intranet, ( extranet, internet, local area network (LAN), and wide area network WAN)
- Need to have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs, fi rewalls, routers, switches, load balancers and controllers
- Managing day to day operation of IT systems, Infrastructure & Applications to guarantee the business continuity & company goals
- Performing Day-to-Day Network Operational Tasks.
- Work in NOC to Monitor and Manage the Network Infrastructure devices
- Respond to Critical Network Alerts and escalate the critical issues when required
- Take Device confi guration backups when required
- Strong understanding of all the OSI Model Layers
- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network hardware, software, and other network and system problems
- Work with Vendors in identifying, planning and executing projects across various technology challenges within IT -.Infrastructure
- Manage Service Level Agreements with external and internal service providers and ensure their fulfi lment in the -.best interest of the business
- Give access to Systems, services from Firewalls and Network devices
- IPS/IDS Monitoring and Administration
- Setup, Manage and Monitor VPN Client Connections and IPSec VPN Tunnels
- Prepare and enforce IT Infrastructure Policies, Standards and Procedures (Support in Data Center physical network connectivity )Fiber and UTP
- Handling the daily operation activates of IT Networks through a well identifi ed procedures & process to make sure the availability of the network to guarantee business continuity and customers satisfaction
