**Responsibilities**:
As the Head of Finance based in Riyadh, you will be pivotal in steering the financial direction of the company and enhancing our financial performance. Your initial focus will be to establish robust accounting processes and controls for our newly established entities within Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with both local and international standards. Post this foundational phase, your role will expand to oversee comprehensive financial strategies across all regional offices, ensuring seamless integration with our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Leadership: Direct the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the group’s objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Process Optimization: Establish and refine financial processes and controls to boost efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
- Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful analysis and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making at the highest levels, including direct reporting to the Group CFO and CEO.

What will help you succeed in this role?:

- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in financial management within a multi-national corporation, preferably in the legal or professional services sectors.
- Someone that has Saudi experience, especially due to the fact you will need to be an Arabic speaker (The books must be kept in Arabic) and familiar with local accounting rules and taxes
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability in financial analysis, budget management, and forecasting.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of financial systems (experience with Zoho Books and 3E preferred), alongside advanced MS Excel skills.
- Communication and Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record in leading teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Adaptability: Experience in managing change and transition in a high-growth environment, with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges and driving performance.
