**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Legal with 5-7 years of experience to join our leadership team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance, reviewing corporate contracts, and providing legal expertise across a range of business functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate contracts and lending agreements.
- Oversee partnerships and ensure that all legal documentation complies with the company's standards.
- Provide expert advice on financing agreements, collections, and the execution of guarantees.
- Ensure all contracts, particularly in English and Arabic, are accurately reviewed and meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advise on risk management, compliance, and legal matters.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, ideally within the financial services or banking sector.
- Extensive experience reviewing and drafting lending contracts.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, partnerships, and execution of guarantees.
- Strong understanding of legal issues related to collections and lending.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Experience working with English contracts is a must.
