**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle in the KSA. This includes understanding customer requirements, designing solutions, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful demonstrations and technical presentations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Support of the sales team on technical queries.
2. Analysis of project requirements, generation of response to RFIs/RFPs.
3. Solution design based on technology capabilities considering technical and commercial constraints.
4. Technical consulting.
5. Generation of technical documentation.
6. Presenting and demonstrating to customers/partners/channels.
7. Autonomous evaluation and research of industry solutions including integrations, software/hardware components, and networking architecture.

**SKILLSETS**

Required:

- Must be **currently residing in the KSA** and have relevant work experience within GCC Countries.
- 5 years’ experience in Presales, Solution Design, or similar client-facing engineering roles is mandatory.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions both in detail to technical customers as well as at a high level for business customers. Must be comfortable in presenting, speaking, and delivering consultancy/training workshops.
- Strong in mathematics. Advanced logic and reasoning skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in **English**:

- Spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- MS office proficiency especially Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Good experience with computer software/hardware (understanding server components).
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems.

**Preferred**:

- Preferably speaking Arabic Language
- Good knowledge of hardware virtualization (Hypervisors, VM Clusters, Containers).
- Good knowledge of Hyperscalers (Azure, GDCE, AWS).
- Good knowledge of AI (neural networks, Nvidia GPU platforms).
- Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, 5G).
- Experience with Microsoft Visio.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks Freedom.

**Bonus**:

- Experience in CCTV/VSS industry (Analytics, Cameras, Access Control, VMS/PSIM).
- Experience with Cybersecurity policy.
- Experience with Linux.
