This is a **client-facing role** requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team, customers, and internal technical teams to design and deliver best-in-class solutions.

- Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, BoQs, architecture diagrams, and scope of work documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the bidding and RFP response process.
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and recommend optimal technologies.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure solution accuracy and handover quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar presales or solution architecture role.
- Strong understanding of security solutions and business systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in **Arabic and English**.
- Experience preparing proposals, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
