We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Learning and Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous learning, skill development, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced IT environment. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing learning strategies and programs that align with our company's goals and technological advancements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Design and develop training programs and materials, incorporating a variety of teaching techniques and technologies.
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and learning methodologies to ensure our training is current and relevant.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company.
- Assist in managing the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate tracking of employee training records.
- Support the onboarding process of new employees by providing essential training and resources.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to learning and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies and software quickly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
