- **Production Supervisor**
- Job Responsibilities:_
- Oversee the daily operations of the production floor to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Manage and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Coordinate with the production planning team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet established standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of equipment and machinery.
- Train and mentor production staff to improve their skills and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical engineering required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paper products industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
