Production & Installation Supervisor - Doors and Handrails

To supervise the manufacturing and installation processes of doors (e.g., WPC, metal, wooden) and handrails (e.g., steel, stainless steel, glass), ensuring high-quality execution in compliance with technical specifications and project timelines. The role includes managing workshop and on-site teams efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily supervision of production activities in the workshop and installations at project sites.
- Ensure all products meet technical specifications and approved drawings.
- Assign tasks to technicians and laborers and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
- Monitor production and installation schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Oversee quality control during fabrication and installation; troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Ensure safety standards are followed in both workshop and field environments.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Liaise with project engineers and site supervisors.
- Train and develop technical staff on updated installation techniques and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Industrial Technology or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in door and handrail fabrication and installation.
- Strong knowledge of materials such as steel, stainless steel, WPC, and glass.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and in field environments.
