We are seeking a highly experienced **Enterprise Architect** with a robust background in IT to lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies.

- Design and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks across Business, Data, Application, and Technology domains.
- Develop As-Is and To-Be architectures and oversee gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Define and document enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
- **Strategy Alignment**:
- Ensure IT architecture aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business strategies into actionable IT roadmaps.
- **Technology Evaluation and Selection**:
- Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance business capabilities.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions.
- **Governance and Compliance**:
- Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor adherence to architectural standards across projects and initiatives.
- **Solution Design and Integration**:
- Guide the design and integration of complex IT solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and align architecture with organizational needs.
- Present architectural proposals to senior management and technical teams.
- **Risk Management**:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems, infrastructure, and processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to maintain system reliability and security.
- **Innovation and Continuous Improvement**:
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending and implementing best practices.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
**Certifications**:
- TOGAF Certified (mandatory).
- Additional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or COBIT are advantageous.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT strategies and solutions.
**Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, especially TOGAF.
- Proficiency in using architecture modeling tools such as BiZZdesign, ARIS, or Sparx EA.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, microservices, APIs, and cybersecurity.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
