Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Marketing Strategy
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the online store and boost online sales.
- Strategize content for social media, influencer partnerships, and paid digital ads that align with the company’s health-focused brand image.
- Leverage data analytics to track online campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

2. Offline Marketing Strategy
- Lead offline initiatives that support retail stores, kiosks, and vending machine placements, including in-store promotions, product displays, and branded materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize B2B events, trade shows, and partnerships with retailers, pharmacies, and wellness centers.
- Maintain brand consistency in all offline materials, ensuring product packaging, brochures, and other materials align with brand values.

3. Brand Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Develop consistent brand messaging to promote our products across all sales channels: B2B, retail, vending machines, kiosks, and the online store.
- Work closely with the sales department to align marketing efforts with each sales category, supporting B2B growth and increasing brand visibility in physical locations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Track campaign performance across all channels, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns and maximize brand impact.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the supplements or health products industry, with a proven track record in both online and offline marketing.
- Experience with B2B marketing and retail-focused strategies is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and consumer behavior preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
