**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years** of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
