A major real estate developer in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a **Senior** **Geotechnical Manager **for its exquisite, luxury tourism destination project being developed along the northwestern Red Sea coastline of Saudi Arabia

The **Senior Geotechnical Manager ** will be responsible for supervising and monitoring all projects in progress to ensure that work is executed; manage the daily operations of the department, including staff training, development, and utilization of equipment and facilities. Perform geotechnical analysis and study to assess construction site condition and requirement as one of the main responsibilities. Plan and conduct geotechnical explorations and perform field and environmental investigations for construction projects.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (M.S.) in Geotechnical / Civil Engineering and minimum of Ten years related experience in geotechnical engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: From ﷼50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tabuk: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- construction management: 10 years (required)
- soil testing and analysis: 10 years (required)
- leadership: 8 years (preferred)
