We are looking for a **Control System Specialist Engineer** with the following details:
**Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia**

**Duration : 1 year, renewable**

**Work Status : Residential, Single**

**Qualifications / Experience required**
- Petrochemical / Refinery Project experience
- Technical knowledge and experience of DCS/ESD equipment (10+ years) in the Oil & Gas
- Process control and measurement experience
- Instrument and Control System testing, installation, and commissioning.
- The position requires an ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels and to represent the Project on Control Systems related matters.
- Be able to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment as expected in a large Project with an aggressive schedule.
- Be able to work well as a member of a Project Team and to positively communicate with his contractor's counterpart.
- Have good oral communication abilities and writing skills in the English language
- Experience with ARAMCO projects and/or with Emerson control systems are added values.

**Job Dimensions**
- The Control System specialist's main function will be to ensure that the development and execution of the testing procedure are in compliance with the contract requirements.
- Ensure Project safety standards and specifications are met.
- Contribute to the development of the test procedures, ensure that all aspects of the control systems are covered and adequately tested
- Coordinate and favour teamwork with various parties to ensure trustful outcome of the tests.
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of the progress, contribute to improvement in schedule and quality of the tests.
- Coordinate the interfaces with other disciplines (Process, electrical, instrumentation, rotating, mechanical, piping, etc.) for the organization and execution of the tests.
- Evaluate the Contractor and subcontractor performance.
- Monitor the interface points and the consistency of PCS and HMI with the other EPCC packages
