**About the Role**:
As a** Senior Product Manager**, you will be the driving force behind our strategic product offerings for Growth, experience, or efficiency from conceptualization all the way to go-to-market. You will be partnering with business, engineers, designers and data experts, to define and execute a product strategy to delight users and enable world-class growth organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-create your domain’s product vision and build a product strategy for your area.
- Proactively gathers requirements, and specifies pragmatic solutions incorporating the requirements at domain level.
- Clearly define goals in terms of the impact changes will have on the user & take accountability for the validated impact changes have on the user.
- Independently creates a vision of the product (area), with good awareness for overarching vision and clearly impacting domain vision.
- Create an ideal state UX / functionality fitting to the vision for their area and scope and identify milestones towards target state, with high level of precision for the upcoming quarter.
- Partner with Product Analytics and Data teams to build a strong foundation for experimentation and data-driven growth.

**What will make you successful in the role**:

- You have 3-5 Years of product experience.
- You are familiar with user-centric design approaches and had your fair share of customer experience design & research.
- You have extensive experience designing and running experiments and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, balanced with product sense, to drive product decisions.
- You are good at leading and influencing and product leadership in the past.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance priorities.
- You are great at communication and have experience presenting to senior management and building consensus.
