**Job Title: Commercial Analyst / Contracts Specialist**

**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (ONSITE)
**Eligibility**: Nationals of the **UK, Canada, or US** can also apply(must be willing to relocate)
**Contract Duration**: 12 months (extendable)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements between the company and partners, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Manage **claims, variations, and change orders** from consultants and contractors.
- Develop and implement a **robust change management system** for contract modifications.
- Ensure strict **adherence to contract terms** across the program.
- Oversee the **tendering process**, including bid evaluation and contract award recommendations.
- Support **risk management** processes and participate in review meetings.
- Verify that works are executed per **contractual obligations** before approving payments.
- Assist in **dispute resolution** between clients and contractors.
- Maintain accurate **payment records** and review invoices for compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of experience in **commercial management, contracts administration, or quantity surveying** (preferably in the Middle East).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Engineering, Architecture, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field**.
- Strong expertise in **FIDIC contracts** (Red, Yellow, or Silver Book).
- Experience with **digital revenue models and commercial terms**.
- Proven ability to advise on **cost, value, and risk management**.
- Excellent **numerical, analytical, and communication skills** (written & verbal).
- Experience working in **multi-disciplinary, collaborative teams**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Chartered status** (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent).
- Prior experience with **large PMC (Project Management Consultant) contracts** in the Middle East.
