**About AtkinsRéalis**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Strategy: Lead the development of technical strategies and project plans in alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Technical Oversight: Provide expert technical guidance and oversight throughout all project phases, including design, construction, and commissioning, to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals and deliverables within established timelines and budgets.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates on project progress, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and liabilities.
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement rigorous QA/QC processes to maintain the highest standards of technical excellence and ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in project management and engineering, and champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Budget and Resource Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional licensure or certification preferred.
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in project management and technical leadership roles within the luxury hospitality, high-end residential, infrastructure, or commercial real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical expertise in architecture, engineering, construction, and building systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
