The Role
**Requirements**:
**Required Skills/Abilities**: - Leadership & Initiative: Ability to take ownership of business development efforts and drive results. - Client-Focused: Strong focus on client needs, with the ability to tailor solutions and maintain long-term relationships. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions. - Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve ambitious goals and targets. - Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent Network and Relation in KSA Education and Experience: - A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automation, or related field is preferred. - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automation, engineering, or technology industry. - Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals in the KSA market. - Deep understanding of automation solutions, technologies, and industry trends. - Familiarity with the KSA's industrial sectors, such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, and retail. - Arabic speaker will be an advantage.
