Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Financial Planning & Analysis Lead **to join our team In this role you will **be responsible for providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making and drive SAPL’s overall financial performance.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
- Prepares and reports monthly cash flow projections.
- Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
- Escalates any financial issues to management.
- Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Completes market research and comparable company analysis.
- Recommends strategies for improving financial performance.
- Presents detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports to managers.
- Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.
- Manages more-junior financial planning analysts.
- Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
- Prepares dashboards for executive presentations.
- Automates & continuously enhances FP&A process & reporting.
- Builds and manages financial models.
- Automates dashboards and implements EPM tools.
- Leads the annual business planning process and quarterly forecasting process.
- Liaises closely with Head of Finance Business Partnering to identify and optimise financial risks and opportunities timely.
- Prepares Board presentations and Monthly Management Review presentations.
- Models long-term growth and determining the business elements that influence it

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar from a leading institution
- At least 10 years post graduate experience, preferably within a leading Professional Services firm
- Professional Accounting Qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Advanced Analytical skills & good understanding of business drivers.
- Advanced Excel & presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Experience with SQL, Python
- Ability to build & manage complex financial models.
- Must have hands-on experience in preparing budgets and forecasts for standalone organizations and group consolidation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- ERP & EPM operating and implementation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in and passion for people leadership.
- Excellent team player.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Strong experience with Power BI
