Senior Estimation Coordinator

Review tender documents for any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Compute and verify quantities in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the tenders.
- Review and verify the BOQs, specifications, drawings and other relevant documents.
- Prepare queries for client’s clarifications.
- Pricing tenders in accordance with BOQ, specifications, drawings and other relevant documents.
- Prepare and send out RFQ’s packages to subcontractors and suppliers and follow up accordingly.
- Prepare comparisons to all received quotations to identify cost savings, qualifications, and ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements.
- Prepare purchase approval forms for the tender and arrange for collection.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions, ensuring that all consolidated documents are compiled correctly according to the client’s instruction for tender submission.
- Prepare submission (bid, prequalification, EOI’s, PTC’s), ensuring all documents comply within the client’s requirements and are submitted within the specified deadlines.
- Review and verify all received tender documents, circulars, and bulletins, and ensure proper communication to all stakeholders (subcontractors, suppliers and also to all concerned internal departments for any related issues/concerns.
- Sending queries, responses, and other correspondence, both internal and external.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or higher degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with background in Estimation and tendering works.
- Knowledge of Construction Specifications and Standards both local and international.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
