**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Review and validate mechanical design drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for design improvements and optimizations.
- Ensure coordination between mechanical and other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, and structural) to avoid design conflicts and ensure seamless integration.
- Assist in resolving design issues by providing technical expertise and liaising with consultants and contractors.
- Provide technical support during construction, ensuring mechanical installations align with approved designs.
- Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain compliance with safety, performance, and sustainability standards.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely approval of design documents and smooth project execution.
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, offering expert insights on mechanical design aspects.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical design and supervision, preferably in airport or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of international and local mechanical codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, Saudi Building Code, etc.).
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS) design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and CFD analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience working with consultants and contractors on airport or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
